Golfers Go High-Tech with IntelliGolf for the latest version of Windows CE for the Palm-size PC

Cameron Park, California, February 1, 1999 - Karrier Communications, marketers of IntelliGolf: Golf's #1 scorecard software, today announced two Microsoft Windows CE operating system-compatible versions of IntelliGolf for Palm-size PCs, the IntelliGolf Par and Birdie editions. Supported Palm-size PCs include the Casio Cassiopeia, Philips Nino, Everex Freestyle, Uniden UniPro and Bcom MARs. Both versions of IntelliGolf will begin shipping at the end of February 1999.

IntelliGolf Product Overview
IntelliGolf was initially released for use on 3Com-based PalmPilots in November 1997. IntelliGolf has been purchased by Palm owners in 42 countries worldwide and finished 1998 in the #30 spot on Beyond.com's Top 100 sales list, out of the 30,000 products offered.

IntelliGolf comes in two versions, the Par and Birdie editions. The Par edition provides handhelds with "Scorecard" capabilities that 1) automate traditional pencil/paper golf scoring, 2) capture round statistics to help golfers improve their game, and 3) track wagers using any of the 17 included sidegames (e.g. Skins). The Birdie edition is a complete "Scoring System" that offers all of the Par's features plus:

Pricing and Availability
