IntelliGolf Now Shipping for Windows CE-compatible Palm-size PCs.

Cameron Park, California, February 23, 1999 - Karrier Communications, marketers of IntelliGolf: Golf's #1 Scorecard Software, today announced the shipment of two Microsoft (Nasdaq: MSFT) Windows CE-compatible versions of IntelliGolf for Palm-size PCs, the IntelliGolf Par and Birdie editions. Supported Palm-size PCs include the Casio Cassiopeia, Philips Nino, Everex Freestyle, Uniden UniPro and Bcom MARs.

IntelliGolf Product Overview
IntelliGolf was initially released in November 1997 for use on 3Com-based Palm computing platforms and is now available for Microsoft Windows CE-based Palm-size PCs. IntelliGolf has been purchased in 44 countries worldwide and debuted on Beyond.com's (Nasdaq: BYND) Top 100 Best Seller list for 1998, out of the 30,000 products offered.

IntelliGolf comes in two versions, the Par and Birdie editions. The Par edition provides Palm-size PCs with "scorecard" capabilities that 1) automate traditional pencil/paper golf scoring, 2) capture round statistics to help golfers improve their game, and 3) track wagers using any of the 17 included sidegames (e.g. Skins). The Birdie edition is a complete "scoring system" that offers all of the Par's features plus:

• Palm-to-Windows conduit software for uploading golf round data,
• Windows 95-, Windows 98- and Windows NT-compatible desktop software for tracking historical round performance, analyzing game trends and printing scorecards, and
• The ability to download/upload golf course essentials (e.g. hole yardage, par rating and handicap information) from IntelliGolf's worldwide Internet server.

Pricing and Availability
