IntelliGolf® IntelliGolf v5.0 Ships for Palm Computing, Handspring Visor and Pocket PC Platforms
Cameron Park, California, May 2, 2000 -Karrier Communications, marketers of sports enhancing software, today announced the shipment of the IntelliGolf v5.0 'on course' scorecard software for leading handheld platforms. Version 5.0 adds Shot Tracking and Signature Course capabilities to IntelliGolf plus expands upon its existing Scoring, Statistics and Sidegame features. IntelliGolf v5.0 tracks drive, approach, chip and putt distances bringing professional level statistics to palm owners. IntelliGolf's signature course feature allows golfers to download, annotate and recall personalized notes on any of the 7,500 scorecards available from its IntelliCourse database server. All collected statistics can now be exported using the XML file format providing future golf-portal integration possibilities. In addition, v5.0 includes 24 popular wagering games (e.g. Skins, Wolf) plus the ability to define an unlimited number of custom wagers.
