IntelliGolf^® v6.6 Golf Software Announced for Palm handhelds, Microsoft Windows Powered Pocket PCs and Windows PCs

Cameron Park, California, August 12, 2003 - Karrier Communications, marketers of sports enhancing software, today announced the shipment of the new IntelliGolf® version 6.6 golf scorecard software for Palm® handhelds, Microsoft® Powered Pocket PCs and Windows®-based PCs. Version 6.6 includes all six S's of golf: Scoring, Shot tracking, 30 Sidegames, 250 Statistics, 18,000+ Signature courses, and Sharing of information between handhelds.

IntelliGolf v6.6 specifically adds:

• Access to 18,000+ courses and their scorecards;
• A totally new putting section including:
  • 1st and 2nd putt distance,
  • 1st and 2nd putt direction,
  • Putt break indicators, and
  • Putt Analyzer and reporting;
• Thirty (30) sidegames for wagering now including:
  • Four Ball,
  • Match Play, and
  • Team British Stablefords;
• Press improvements (sidegames);
• Scrambling statistics, and
• General improvements.

IntelliGolf v6.6 also includes access to the largest international scorecard database in the world. Users can access the IntelliCourse golf database, via their Internet connection or wireless handheld, to download hole yardages, par ratings, and handicap values for use with IntelliGolf. This reduces the manual set-up required by other scorecard products by over 300 entries per course. Product Overview
With the IntelliGolf scorecard software, users simply enter their scores, wagers, and shots into a Palm handheld or Pocket PC instead of using a pencil and paper scorecard. IntelliGolf keeps a running total of their foursome's scores, tabulates all wagers, and synchronizes with the included Windows desktop software (ref: Birdie edition). Using the desktop software, golfers can view performance graphs and statistics on their shots, putts, and scores. IntelliGolf is the only golf scorecard software to include all six S's of golf: Scoring, Statistics, Sidegame wagers, Shot tracking, Signature courses, and Sharing of information between handhelds.

IntelliGolf is immediately available in three versions. The IntelliGolf Par edition ($29.95) and IntelliGolf Birdie edition ($39.95) are compatible with all 35 million Palm handhelds and Pocket PCs. The IntelliGolf Desktop edition ($29.95) is compatible with all 500 million Windows-based PCs.
