To submit a question to our Technical Support team, please 'Log On' to your IntelliGolf Account. If you do not have an IntelliGolf account, please click here to create an account and then submit your question.
All submitted questions will be logged under your Email Address (i.e. Account) within a few minutes. You will also receive an automated response from us verifying receipt of your question. Within 24 hours of question submission (Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm PST/USA), answers to your questions will be posted into your Account. In addition, we will attempt to send you an email letting you know that your question has been answered and that it is now posted in your Account. Our new Support Center system helps to avoid the issues that customers and companies worldwide are experiencing with email blocking, full mail boxes, and firewalls. You can check you Account on-line anytime, at your convenience, for responses to your questions. Plus, if you allow cookies to be placed onto your PC, the next time you visit the Support Center you will automatically be logged in.
Access to, and use of, the IntelliGolf course database, web site, and software is governed by the laws of the State of California as they are applied to agreements between California residents entered into and to be performed entirely within California. Any action or proceeding brought by either party against the other arising our of or related to this agreement shall be brought only in a STATE or FEDERAL COURT of competent jurisdiction located in Sacramento, California. The United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods is specifically disclaimed.
