Please read the Channel Programs Overview below to determine which program is best for you. CHANNEL PROGRAMS OVERVIEW
A. IntelliGolf Reseller Program
If your organization is interested in reselling IntelliGolf to "end-users" in your territory, we have two channel programs for you. You can either resell IntelliGolf on 1) CD-ROM or 2) via electronic download.
1. CD-ROM Reseller Program
Our top selling IntelliGolf software comes standard on CD-ROM. This one CD contains support for all:
As such, carrying this one (1) SKU ensures compatibility with over 75+ million handhelds and all 500 million Windows-based PCs. Initial purchase quantities start as low at ten (10) CDs. This program offers the best way to get started reselling IntelliGolf. Per order, per delivery volume pricing is available.
2. Electronic Software Reseller (ESR) Program
All IntelliGolf products (e.g. Par, Birdie, Eagle, etc) are available for resale via Internet download. This program offers the most flexibility for broad-based electronic resellers interested in reselling our entire line of IntelliGolf, IntelliSwim, and IntelliTimer products. That said, becoming an ESR reseller for IntelliGolf, Inc. does have special reporting requirements, registration key download requirements, and promotional listing requirements. If you are currently selling other software products via electronic download, chances are you will easily fulfill these requirements. All products are "fair trade" priced throughout the world to ensure a level playing field for our electronic resellers.
B. IntelliGolf Distributor Program
If your organization is interested in distributing IntelliGolf to "resellers", we have two channel programs for you. You can either distribute IntelliGolf on 1) CD-ROM or 2) via electronic download.
1. CD-ROM Distributor Program
Our top selling IntelliGolf software comes standard on CD-ROM. This one CD contains support for all:
As such, carrying this one (1) SKU ensures compatibility with over 75+ million handhelds and all 500 million Windows-based PCs. Initial purchase quantities start as low at twenty-five (25) CDs. This program offers the best way to get started distributing IntelliGolf to resellers in your territory with our highest volume product, the IntelliGolf software. Per order, per delivery volume pricing is available.
2. Electronic Software Distributor (ESD) Program
All IntelliGolf products (e.g. Par, Birdie, Eagle etc) are available for distribution via Internet download. This program offers the most flexibility for broad based electronic distributors interested in distributing our entire line of IntelliGolf, IntelliSwim, and IntelliTimer products for the benefit of their resellers. That said, becoming an ESD distributor does have special reporting requirements, registration key download requirements, and promotional listing requirements. If you are currently distributing other software products via electronic download for your resellers, chances are you will easily fulfill our ESD requirements. All products are "fair trade" priced throughout the world to ensure a level playing field for our electronic distributors.
C. IntelliGolf OEM Program
If your organization is interested in bundling IntelliGolf with one of your products, we have two OEM programs for you. You can either 1) virtually bundle IntelliGolf with your products, or 2) physically bundle IntelliGolf with your products.
1. OEM Virtual Bundle (VB) Program
The OEM VB program is ideal for organizations that wish to do a short-term (90-day) promotional bundle using IntelliGolf as the handheld/handset purchase motivator. In this type of promotion, we set-up a virtual bundle web site that is accessed through a special URL and promotional code. The OEM only needs to provide the URL and promotional code to their customers via a peel-back sticker, cash register receipt, or in-box card. After purchasing the handheld/handset, the customer simply accesses the special URL, enters their promotional code, and IntelliGolf is downloaded directly to their PC/handheld. All customer support, web site maintenance, and software downloads are handled by IntelliGolf, Inc. This is a very popular program with leading handheld/handset manufacturers for Father's Day, Graduation Days, Christmas, et cetera. Some examples of VB arrangements would be the RadioShack / Palm handheld promotion for Father's Day, Microsoft / Dixon Superstores promotion, Compaq / Argentina promotion, et cetera. Upon your request, we can provide you with URLs to these special promotions. Minimum VB quantities start as low as 2,500 units. Volume pricing is available. Note: In addition, the VB web site can be translated to fulfill local language requirements.
2. OEM Physical Bundle (PB) Program
The OEM PB program is ideal for organizations that wish to bundle IntelliGolf with their line of hardware or software products over an extended period of time (i.e. one or two-years). The PB program is what most organizations would call a typical OEM program. An example of this type of bundling arrangement would be "Golf Digest's Great Places to Play" CD-ROM product. IntelliGolf was embedded into their golf course locator (i.e. mapping) software to provide on-course scorecard capabilities. Other PB examples include bundling IntelliGolf onto the handheld/handset or onto the application CD that ships with the handheld/handset. OEM PB quantities start as low as 5,000 units. Volume pricing is available.
