Special Course Update Request
If you would like the IntelliGolf course database to be updated at "your convenience/request" for course(s) that you have just submitted via the normal course upload process (i.e. see Upload Courses tab above),
you can do so by following the instructions below.
Note 1: The cost is $100.00 (handling fee) per Special Course Update Request as this requires the manual scheduling, review, and validation of all submitted courses.
- To initiate a Special Course Update Request please send an email request to sales@intelligolf.com with Special Course Update Request in the Subject line.
- In that email, please describe "why" you need the IntelliGolf course database updated ASAP. Please provide your email address and phone number.
Please include the required statement "I understand that IntelliGolf, Inc., will require the pre-payment of a non-refundable $100.00 (minimum) payment via PayPal, or via another mutually acceptable payment method, prior to starting the Special Course Update Request process."
- After reviewing/validating your request, an IntelliGolf representative will contact you within 24 hours (i.e. excluding weekends and holidays).
- Once your $100 payment (minimum) is received by IntelliGolf, Inc., your Special Course Update Request will be scheduled.
- Upon completion of your Special Course Update Request project (usually within 24-48 hours, excluding weekends and holidays), you will receive a special confirmation email from IntelliGolf, Inc.
FYI - To avoid any Special Course Update Request costs, the IntelliGolf course database is usually updated every few months (i.e. on the first weekend of the month, excluding holiday-bounded weekends) during the Winter months and usually more frequently during the Summer months.
Submitting a course more than once, restarts the course submission process and may delay the listing your favorite course(s) in the database. So, it is best to only submit new/updated courses once.
